How refunds work, when they apply, and how to contact support for billing help.

Eligibility

Refund requests are considered for new subscriptions made directly through ClickVPN billing channels. Requests submitted after substantial service abuse or policy violations may be denied.

Refund Window

You can request a refund within the eligible window shown at purchase and billing confirmation. Renewals and add-ons may follow separate billing terms when explicitly stated at checkout.

How to Request

Contact support with your account email and payment reference so billing can verify the purchase. We may ask for basic troubleshooting details before approving a refund.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are initiated from our billing system promptly. Final settlement time depends on your card issuer, bank, or payment provider.

Exceptions

Payments processed through third-party stores or resellers are subject to those platforms' refund policies. Promotional credits and expired trials are non-refundable unless required by law.
